At iGraphics were passionate about what we do and we are always happy to share the things we love about what we do and where we work. It’s fun to be part of an industry that’s always changing, and it’s rewarding to know that your company’s products help people – whether they are saving money by utilizing iGraphics many cost saving methods or saving the earth by following iGraphics Labels lead on reducing their carbon footprint.
Unfortunately, surveys find this love of work isn’t exactly the norm. They show that less than one-third of American workers were engaged in their jobs last year. That means they weren’t involved in, enthusiastic about, or committed to their work or workplace.
This average is actually up two percent from 2013 results, and it was the highest reading since 2000. But this number seems low to us here at iGraphics, because we’re a company full of ultra-passionate employees. It’s crucial to our industry and our clients that we are always actively engaged in our work so that we’re constantly creating incredible products for our customers.
We are proud to be part of the iGraphics team, and we feel lucky to work with talented, smart and passionate people. At iGraphics, we are constantly learning together and building relationships with people, whether it’s with potential new clients or influencers in the many industries that use our services. Because we work with several different types of businesses, from chemical companies to food and beverage manufacturers, it’s critical that we always have that hunger to learn something new. It keeps every day new and challenging.
We also have some major Colorado spirit here in our office. There’s always a ton going on in our state that keeps us excited, from great new restaurants to unforgettable museums and our amazing nature and landscapes. It feels good to come to work and not only love what you do, but love where you do it.
