Customer Driven Capabilities

At the heart of iGraphics is our extensive, diverse production capabilities. iGraphics has invested in the finest equipment available to our industry. In well trained and qualified hands, these capabilities become the driving force behind our success.

Customer Driven Manufacturing at iGraphics is using printing presses with differing web widths and specific color capabilities to tailor our production to the specific needs determined by our customer’s volume and quality requirements.

Pressure Sensitive labels

No solvent, water, or heat is needed to activate the adhesive.

Permanent or Removable Applications

iGraphics has long been a leader in pressure sensitive prime label market.

Film Labels

Roll-fed labels are printed on unsupported film or paper, meaning they are non-adhesive.

A wide range of custom, roll-fed label solutions

Our experienced team of labeling experts will work with you step-by-step to produce an attractive roll-fed label solution that delivers optimal results.

Dual Layer Labels

Another major reason customers put your products in their shopping cart.

iGraphics Multi Layer Construction

To get the most from your IRC, we offer both clear and printed base options. Clear base IRCs leave a clear film when coupons are removed, allowing graphics underneath to show through.

Our Other Capabilities

iGraphics offers many in-house capabilities. We strive to offer any services our customer may need in house. This gives our customers the advantage of faster turnaround times and increased production control.

Graphic Measures International (GMI) certifies, monitors and measures the performance of packaging suppliers, helping brand owners control variables through print facility certification and scientific, repeatable measurement of global packaging. The organization works with its brand owners, product vendors and packaging suppliers to establish processes that effectively manage production, enhance packaging quality and build brand equity.

The certification process consists of a rigorous on-site evaluation, performed by a certified GMI engineer, verifying and validating the print packaging supplier’s ability to deliver consistent quality results to Walgreens PQA standards measured through a scientific color management system. GMI evaluates five key components: process control and documentation, equipment maintenance, training procedures, operator capability and equipment performance. Post-certification activities involve monitoring all production runs for Walgreens private brands through sampling sent to GMI for evaluation prior to batch release. This ensures repeatable print packaging quality and accordingly protecting Walgreens brands.

The GMI Prime Certification demonstrates our commitment to manufacturing cartons and labels at the highest quality standards. GMI will conduct ongoing performance evaluations to confirm that all standards are continuously fulfilled.

The production area at today’s iGraphics is a marriage of hard work and investment in technology. Why Choose Us

Some of our greatest successes are the result of challenges presented to us by our customers. iGraphics employees are a research and development team with hundreds of years of collective experience.

Our people are up to any challenge to develop an exclusive custom product for you, or to modify our production process to achieve a complex tailored product. Please feel free to contact us with your concepts and ideas and our R&D team will be able to assist you in developing the perfect solution to your unique packaging challenge

Our graphic designers specialize in meeting your package design requirements. Consideration for the “on-shelf” presentation to in-store customers begins with comprehensive mock-ups of label graphics that consider printability and cost-effective production, without sacrificing graphic design integrity. Design options may include illustration, photography and die-cutting. However, the design options must provide an awareness of print requirements; such as single, multiple, or combination runs using four color process, or special PMS colors.

Knowledge of in-store UPC requirements, government regulations and label laws are part of the design challenge from the beginning. The label proof is executed to resemble the final printed label as closely as possible to enable our customers and designers to make graphic decisions before expensive trapping, color separations, and final plates are produced.

One of the most important label development steps is the production of the final art are color separations. The advantage of accurately produced separations by artists that understand digital pre-press, press printability, and finishing tolerances, will enhance the in-store appeal of a well executed graphic design. The opportunity to consult with the plate-making, printing, and finishing professionals when producing final art will result in cost savings in all aspects of job execution, from start to finish.

Communication with our customer’s marketing, purchasing, and graphic design departments, as well as identification of our internal customer/supplier needs are basic to final label product specifications. At iGraphics, we have developed the tools to ensure these needs are fulfilled as the label flows through the various departments to final press run. Our experience enables us to work with customer furnished art files to flawlessly produce a label that is the lowest total cost solution.

Statistical process controls are in place to reduce variation and ensure stability of the process. The employee identified key characteristics of the process are monitored on a continuing basis to identify areas for improvement.

iGraphics has invested significantly in recent years to develop a state of the art Pre-Press Department. Our full service pre-press department has the ability to receive supplied art in a variety of different formats and take all steps necessary to produce high quality proofs. We are capable of digital transfer of images and layouts. We can provide proofing to our customers with conventional proofs or electronically through our FTP site or email.

Once your product is exactly the way you want it to be, our Computer-To-Plate system can translate that data into the highest quality printing plate being made in the industry today.

Making the printing plate with the first generation of digital information assures the quality that is created in the design stage gets fully transferred to the plate and subsequently built into the finished product.

Don’t take a chance with your Promotion. iGraphics can bring your promotional project to market on target, on time and on budget. HD Flexo is the next step in high quality flexo printing.
HD Flexo is the leading process for making digital flexographic (flexo) plates. The improved plates are higher quality and print more consistently than standard digital flexo plates.

Finally a valid alternative for offset and gravure:
The quality of offset and gravure printing has always been somewhat of a Holy Grail for flexo. But, with HD Flexo, the gap is closed. Bringing consistency, vibrant colors and increased print quality, HD Flexo raises the industry standard in flexo printing.
Flexo printing can now compete with offset for quality labels and with gravure printing for flexible packaging. In addition, digital plate exposure ensures greater consistency in plate production and in printing.
